Hamworthy Utd 3 AFC Portchester 0

It's been a while since we had a home game, let's enjoy those goals again from yesterday in the lovely sunshine.

Max Wilcock's 1st goal of the day, a superb control, spin and finish from a pinpoint low centre from Jack Lovell after Lee Francis had collected a loose ball and released Jack down the left.

The Hammer's 2nd was created by Eddie Hodge down the right wing after a defensive mistake. His low cross found Jack Lovell who finished with a nice bit of skill which I was told was not an own goal!!

The final goal started in the Hammer's 18 yard box with some calm play after retrieving the ball with Steve Devlin then launching the ball down the left wing which Max Wilcock ran onto after a flick off the Portchester defender and coolly finished.

Next up for the Hammers is the local derby against Bournemouth Poppies, now AWAY on Tuesday 12th October.
