Following yesterday’s announcement, we are now beginning the search for a new first team manager. We hope that all supporters will support the search by sharing this communication, in order to reach as many potential applicants as possible in a short window of time.
The club are looking for applicants to be an experienced manager, with previous spells at either step 3, 4 or 5 within the football pyramid. Knowledge of the Wessex League would also be preferential. We are looking for an individual who will be able to embrace the ambitions of the club to encourage development of players, grow the fanbase and help bring a structure to the wider management team. The manager would have control of the backroom team and will be expected to work with the Youth and Development team management. The club will be available to provide additional information to any applicants meeting the above requirements in regards to the management team and budget related questions.

The club are looking to make a swift appointment, but we can confirm that we will not be rushing into the appointment, and may choose to place a caretaker in position depending on the level of applications.
